Our Sustainable Plan

The sustainable green library of TTTTTV Nguyen Tat Thanh is a library that considers sustainability in terms of environment, economy, and society. This is reflected in our plan.

  1. Libraries and green devices: Reduce emissions or carbon levels of libraries and equipment.

2. The green office principles: Activities and processes are carried out in an environmentally sustainable manner.

3. Sustainable economy: Limit consumption, promote the use of circular economy, and share resources within the community.

5. Sustainable society: Emphasizing quality education, knowledge, community interaction, cultural diversity, social inclusion, and actively addressing inequality. The library works actively to reduce inequality.

6. Environmental management: Set SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Time-Bound) environmental goals, and establish a working library to minimize negative impacts on the environment. The library’s environmental policy, enforcement, and environmental job outcomes are communicated to the public.

7. Commitment to the common environmental goal and program: The commitment is guided by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, the Paris Climate Agreement, and relevant environmental certifications and programs.
